The HomePRO scheduling module is designed to enhance your agency's ability to manage personnel resources and provide patient care exactly as ordered. With HomePRO, user create, edit, save, and print Patient and Staff Schedules, via a user-friendly “Outlook-Style” calendar interface. Physician Orders for visits and frequency, from the 485 Plan of Treatment, can be set to automatically create new schedules – just fill in the staff and date and you’re done! Schedules are conveniently displayed on-screen, with instant access to the complete schedule detail for each scheduled visit.

Once time sheets/notes are turned in, a simple schedule confirmation process is done. Or if you use telephony to gather your time and attendance information, “Actual” visit times will automatically be received (in some cases in real time) and confirm the schedules for you! Imagine sitting back and watching schedules confirm themselves as your staff calls in and out of every visit they make. Of course HomePRO also computes the mileage between visits to save your staff from having to log their miles and ensuring accuracy with respect to reimbursable mileage.

HomePRO’s single entry design ensures no more creating Staff and Patient schedules on paper, or using another vendor’s software, then having to re-key visit data for billing.
